If you are using Excel on the contest sheet, in the spaces to
the left of the 'X' just type in the number and the sheet will
calculate each row and add all of the totals and carry that total to
the total points carried over to the next month.
On the P & A reports just click on the line you want to enter
the text on and type the information. It will not automatically drop to the
next line when you run out of space.
